Return & Exchange Policy
Our aim at The Leather House Co. is to ensure purchase satisfaction to each of our client. We believe that every transaction should be pleasant and convenient. Nonetheless, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the shipped goods then our Return and Exchange policy comes handy. In case of absence of purchase satisfaction, you can email us with the reason that why you want us to return or exchange. However, since these products are made on order, they are not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused with tags in its original packaging and along with its invoice & there are certain limitations to which our Return and Exchange Policy abides to such as -
- We give our customers 15 days inspection period, so you must notify us about the need of exchange within 15 days of receiving the package.
- No exchange will be valid if you notify us after 15 days of receiving the goods. The calculation of these 15 days will commence from the day we receive the confirmation about the delivery of the order from the shipping company.
- The items to be exchanged must be in their original condition, undamaged, unused. We will not accept the goods in altered state.
- If the exchanged goods are found in altered state then the shipment will be returned to the buyer.
- All shipping costs/charges, and the return costs are solely to be borne by the customer and that will not be refunded.
- Special or Customize orders do not bear a return or exchange policy.

Goods bought on SALE price will not be exchanged or returned.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.
*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*During festivals, pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
